This is a clever idea by an Israeli startup. Vote on any subject, and gain points as an expert. So after a while they know who's expert and how to WEIGHT his vote, in order to get a very good prediction on the subject.
I couldn't find anything like it elsewhere.

Motley Fool
Something similar, in stock market, is the Motley Fool.
Anyone can be a stock picker and bet on stocks. They have a chart that you can see the best pickers, what they pick, when, and why. Of course, they also have charts for stocks rating.
It's a shame they don't give more weight to better pickers in the stock rating.
