Something similar, in stock market, is the Motley Fool.
Anyone can be a stock picker and bet on stocks. They have a chart that you can see the best pickers, what they pick, when, and why. Of course, they also have charts for stocks rating.
It's a shame they don't give more weight to better pickers in the stock rating.

If there were only one sex, then mitochondria in each reproductive cell would start out on equal footing. They would need to fight it out every time. But with a two-sex system, one sex can always unilaterally disarm, surrendering its mitochondria for the sake of easier relations between the sexes. Male sperm cells are smaller than female eggs partly because they surrendered this mitochondrial battle long ago. Female mitochondria always win.

Even shorter version:
Problem: Female mitochondria (little things in the eggs) don't like other mitochondria to come in. Solution: Create a male. The sperm mitochondria are marked and killed.

I just recalled an episode of Star Trek when Picard encounters an alien species that talks only in metaphores. I can't seem to point what makes this episode so memorable for me, but when I searched the internet I found out that people think it is the best episode ever. Here are some quotes:
